Rates
Rates vary depending depending on provider and services.
- $175 per hour (intake)
- $150 per hour (testing)
- $135 per hour (coaching)
- $250 initial consult for veterans assistance; services based on contingency fee agreement of 10% of settlement.
** ask for special rates for military, first responders, and their dependents
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. We advise all clients to verify coverage with their insurance provider as any and all financial liability ultimately is the client’s responsibility.
It is recommend to ask these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health/ behavioral health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Does my plan limit how many units of psychological testing per year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Insurance currently accepted:
Aetna, Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, MultiPlan, Optima, Optum, Sentara, TRICARE-Select.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. We accept payment directly on the Simple Practice website used for behavioral health documentation.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
